What we do

FindHealthPro is an online Healthcare directory, Appointment booking system and Online consultation platform which allows patients/users to search for healthcare services and consult with Healthcare providers via video and text base chat. 

The Problem

Access to healthcare services worldwide has become an extremely slow and time consuming process. Patients are frustrated that they must wait for months before being referred to a Healthcare specialist or travel long distances just to access healthcare facilities such as Hospitals. A delay to immediate healthcare services could mean life or death for a patient.

1. Go to the Healthcare Provider's Dashboard via My Account.

2. Click on Appointment Settings

3. Click on the Create Appointment Slot tab

4. Create your appointment slots based on your availability

1. Go to the Healthcare Provider's Dashboard via My Account;

2. Click on Appointment Settings;

3. Click on the Appointment setting tab and enter your prices and minutes;

1. Go to our home page at findhealthpro.com;

2. Select the type of Healthcare Provider, Country and County/State;

3. Click Search Now


1. Go to our home page at findhealthpro.com and search for a Healthcare Provider;

2. You will be taken to the listing page where a list of Healthcare Providers will appear;

3. Click on Make Appointment

4. You will appear on the appointment booking page, where you select the day, time and appointment type.

5. Click on Book Appointment once you are finished and make your payment


1. Once an appointment has been booked between a Healthcare Provider and a Patient/User, this appointment can be accessed on their Dashboard.

2. To access your Dashboard, click on My Account on the homepage, this will take you to the Dashboard.

3. Click on Meeting Room 

4. In the meeting room both the Patient and Healthcare Providers should select their appointment on the top left corner.

5. A Go to Text Chat/Video Chat icon will appear. Both the Healthcare Provider and Patient should click on this.

6. A Call button will appear after this, only if it is a Video Chat appointment. The Healthcare Provider should click on Call. If it is a Text Chat, the chat room will automatically appear.

7. For a Video Chat, an Answer call button will appear on the Patient's screen. 

8.The Patient should click on the Answer call button to start a Video chat with the Healthcare Provider.

1. Go to the Healthcare Provider's Dashboard via My Account;

2. Click on Appointment Settings;

3. Click on the Appointment setting tab and enter your prices and minutes;

Go to https://findhealthpro.com/dashboard/packages  and upgrade to a Featured member.

Go to https://findhealthpro.com/dashboard/payment_setting and enter your Paypal ID. You need to create a PayPal account.
